We do not guarantee:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any specific outcomes from AI-generated content or analysis
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it for important decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LLMDRIVEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Actions of third parties or third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLMDriven, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
