- Right to Erasure (Article 17): request deletion of your personal data - right to be forgotten, processed within 30 days
- Right to Data Portability (Article 20): receive your data in JSON format to transfer to another service provider
- Right to Restrict Processing (Article 18): limit how we process your data while we verify accuracy
- Right to Object (Article 21): object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing
How to Exercise Your Rights
Option 1: Self-Service Portal - the fastest way to manage your data. Download a complete copy, update preferences, request account deletion, or manage consent. Option 2: Contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] for complex requests.
What to Expect
We respond to all requests within 30 days as required by GDPR. Complex requests may take up to 60 days with notice.

- Data Deletion: processed within 30 days; cancellable during this period
- Other Requests: responded to within 30 days, complex requests up to 60 days
